Landscaping Project at 102 Landscape Rd Mt Eden.

 

To Whom It May Concern:

 

We employed the services of Patrick Lahood of LAHOOD LANDSCAPES to carry the landscaping project at our property in Landscape Rd in Mt Eden.

 

We have a 1200m² site, which is difficult to access, extremely rocky, with many different levels and contains a 120m lava cave running under most of the site. The site was a collection of various attempts by myself and other contractors to landscape.

 

Patrick’s brief was to bring continuity and connection to the various areas and design a garden that was low maintenance, sub tropical in flavour, with large scale hard landscaping. We allocated a budget and requested a site plan, an action plan and time frame.

 

Patrick worked on this project for over 12 months and continues to work part-time (as budgets allow).

 

We found Patrick to be a pleasure to deal with. He is extremely hard working, honest and reliable. Our site required someone who could make decisions on a daily basis and we agreed with those decisions 99.9% of the time. The eventual garden differed slightly from the original design but this was achieved through dialogue and discussion and Patrick’s vision. Patrick has design sense and construction knowledge second to none. The finished garden is a credit to his perseverance and skill. He is also the tidiest contractor that we have had working on our property over the last fifteen years. Every night he left the site clean and tidy which made the duration of the project so much easier to endure.
